FREE Shipping
GoPetPlace provides free shipping on every order, no ifs, ands or buts!
This includes trackable standard delivery using Australia Post as our carrier which means we can deliver to your PO BOX or Parcel Locker. At times we may elect to fulfil your order with another provider at our discretion.
If you need your item in a hurry, rest assured that most items have an option for an Express Post service. You can select this option during check out for an additional fee.
98% of all orders received during business hours are dispatched from our warehouse in Moorabbin (Victoria) within 24 hours. In some instances this may take a little longer. If we suspect that your order will be delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact information you provided on your order or store/online account profile.
Free Shipping/Delivery Terms
Although delivery of your order is free, if you choose to return your product for an exchange or refund due to wrong item being purchased or change of mind situations, the return postage back to us will be bourn by you.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note, such as; 'Please leave order if not home', in the order comments section found on our checkout page.
Australia Post Safe Drop
Tracking notifications now provide you the option to specify Safe Drop where the order will be left in the Safe Drop location specified unless, in the judgement of the carrier, it is exposed to passers-by or the weather, in which case the parcel will be carded for a Post Office collection.
Please Note:
- By choosing to provide the carrier with ATL, or by selecting 'Safe Drop', we will not be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.
- Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.
- Due to restricted operating hours from Australia Post, we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Public Holidays may also cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
International
At this stage we do not ship to areas outside of Australia.
